John Groft

John joined Inclinator over 21 years ago and currently serves as plant manager, actively directing the production workforce. He most enjoys the opportunity to work with the unique products Inclinator designs and builds.

Prior to joining Inclinator, John worked as a building contractor. His contracting experience has allowed him to understand many aspects of residential elevators, including building an elevator cab to fit into a particular section of a house.

John is Lean Certified and Management Certified.
