Our Five-Step Process

- Connect with us: Fill out a quick contact form, and your closest dealer will call you back to gather information and set up an on-site consultation. This consultation includes an evaluation of the space and a discussion with your architect, engineer and other construction team members about sizing and planning.
- Drive system selection: Based on the initial consultation, your dealer will suggest one of our three drive systems, which include cable drum, hydraulic or MRL overhead cable drum.
- Choose your cab style: We have six standard cab styles, or you can custom design one. Our standard styles range from our 100 cab, which is flexible and straightforward, to our 500 cab, which has a sophisticated modern aesthetic.
- Pick your gate and door: We provide 18 configuration options for gates and doors. You can choose from accordion or collapsible aluminum gates and customize your cab to have entrances on one or two sides.
- Site preparation and installation: We’ll send your local dealer the hoistway and elevator drawings for them to approve, and a general contractor can do site preparation before our dealer does the installation.

Personalize your cab with the following finishes and accessories, or we can leave them unfinished for you to add your own touches:
- Walls: We have domestic and exotic hardwood varieties that we can finish in the factory.
- Floors: We’ll finish your cab with commercial-grade laminate flooring with a simulated wood grain finish.
- Ceilings: Our 100 cab style has a white laminate ceiling, but we can customize the other styles to match the wall wood you choose.
- Lighting: We can install up to four LED lights, but you can configure your own lighting too.
- Fixtures: You can choose from three finishes for your operating panel and hall station, and customize your handrail with our wood or round metal.
