- Homeowner: Have hoistway built by your contractor to match approved hoistway drawings – including flush door requirements.
- Dealer: Coordinate with contractor during construction phase to ensure hoistway is being built per the drawing requirements and inspect hoistway after completion.
Step 5: Installation & Handoff

Walls
For the walls of our 200, 250, 300 and 400 cabs, you can choose from common or exotic hardwood veneers. Our 100 cabs come with paintable medium-density fiberboard, while our 500 cabs have an aluminum frame that supports acrylic wall panels.
Ceilings
Complete the 500 cab design with an acrylic dome or enjoy the bright, clean look of a white laminate ceiling in our 100 cab. We can match the 200, 250, 300 and 400 cab ceilings with the walls for a seamless look.
Floors
We offer commercial-grade laminate floors with cherry, oak, maple and walnut simulated wood grain.
Lights
We can install up to four LED lights or leave the lighting configuration to your construction team.
Fixtures
You can choose from three finishes for your hall stations and control panel, as well as round metal or wood handrails.
