Custom Elevators for Homes

Installing an elevator in your townhome in Maryland means everyone in your house has smooth, independent mobility between floors. Enjoy the following benefits when you choose one of our elevators:

  • Increased home marketability: The functional advantages and seamless aesthetic integration open up new market segments and increase your Maryland home’s resale value.
  • Safer accessibility: Our comprehensive quality tests and built-in safety features, such as emergency stops, door interlocks and more, will give your household reliable and safe access to up to six floors.

Personalize Your Design

You can choose from the following factory personalization options, or we can leave things unfinished for your contractor to finish on-site.

Walls

The 200, 250, 300 and 400 cabs offer classic or exotic hardwood veneers. The 100 cab uses paintable medium‑density fiberboard, while the 500 cab has acrylic panels.

Ceilings

The 500 cab has an acrylic dome ceiling, and the 100 variation has a standard white laminate. The ceilings of our 200, 250, 300 and 400 cabs can be matched with your wall choice of wood veneer.

Floors

Our commercial-grade laminate for flooring is durable and flexible, featuring a synthetic wood grain or unfinished oak.

Lighting

We can install up to four LED lights, which you can configure further.

Fixtures

Choose from wood or round metal handrails and three finishes for your hall station and operating panel.
