Marcia joined the Inclinator team 11 years ago. As the human resource manager she monitors the benefits the company offers to employees, including but not limited to payroll, health care coverage, vacation time, and personal time. She also handles employment and union issues and solves problems as required. She most enjoys working with Inclinator’s employees and customers.

Prior to her work at Inclinator, Marcia worked in the HR and accounting fields for over 20 years. She holds current certifications in Management and Human Resource Management.
